自2011年发现以来，二维过渡金属碳氮化物（MXene）凭借其优异的导电性与可调控的表面化学，已成为能源、催化、生物医学及电子信息等领域的前沿研究焦点。2026年正值MXene材料发现十五周年，为纪念这一里程碑并进一步推动该领域的国际交流与合作，第六届国际二维过渡金属碳氮化物学术会议（6th International Conference on MXenes）定于2026年8月3日至5日在四川成都举行。本届会议由电子科技大学、四川大学与四川省量子科技学院联合主办，美国德雷克塞尔大学Yury Gogotsi院士、电子科技大学肖旭教授、四川大学林紫锋教授和张传芳教授共同担任大会主席。会议将聚焦“MXene及其前沿交叉”主题，围绕人工智能与理论计算、合成表征、能源存储、生物医学、传感与光电应用等核心议题展开深入研讨，旨在展示最新成果、促进学科交叉、培育青年人才，携手推动MXene科学与技术的创新发展。

Dear Experts, Scholars, and Colleagues,
Since its discovery in 2011, two-dimensional transition metal carbides and nitrides (MXene) have emerged as a frontier research focus in fields such as energy, catalysis, biomedicine, and electronic information, thanks to their excellent conductivity and tunable surface chemistry. 2026 marks the 15th anniversary of the discovery of MXene materials. To commemorate this milestone and further promote international exchanges and cooperation in this field, the 6th International Conference on MXenes is scheduled to be held in Chengdu, Sichuan from August 3 to 5, 2026. This conference is co-hosted by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Sichuan University, and Sichuan Quantum Science and Technology Institute. Academician Yury Gogotsi from Drexel University (USA), Professor Xiao Xu from UESTC, Professor Lin Zifeng and Professor Zhang Chuanfang from Sichuan University jointly serve as the conference chairs. Centering on the theme of "MXene and Its Frontier Interdisciplinarity", the conference will conduct in-depth discussions on core topics including artificial intelligence and theoretical calculation, synthesis and characterization, energy storage, biomedicine, sensing and optoelectronic applications. It aims to showcase the latest achievements, promote interdisciplinary integration, cultivate young talents, and jointly advance the innovative development of MXene science and technology.
