　　会议签到当天进行现场注册与缴费。现场注册缴费繁忙，开票较慢，为节约您的时间，建议提前进行网上注册与缴费。

　　Registration and payment can be completed at the conference check-in desk on the first day. Please note that on-site registration may be busy, and invoice processing may be slower. To save time, we highly recommend registering and paying online in advance.

(4) 取消政策
(4) Cancellation Policy

　　2026年7月10日之前收到的取消可以退款，扣除100元管理费后款项将退还到注册时登记的银行账户；2026年7月10日或之后收到的取消将不予退款。

　　Cancellations received before July 10, 2026 are eligible for a refund. A processing fee of 100 RMB will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the bank account provided during registration. Cancellations received on or after July 10, 2026 will not be refunded.
